Following on from our last post related to videography, we now have something for videographers and photographers. It’s all about the Aputure AL-528C Amaran continuous LED light. This clever compact light kit is perfect for adding a touch of brightness to dim areas, and it’s a nice affordable option for portrait photographers and videographers who are always working on the move. Unlike a strobe light, you get a continuous light so you can position people how you like and take their shadows into account immediately, without having to fire off a few shots each and every time to see where the shadows fall. There are so many LED lighting kits on the market but this one is larger than many similarly priced products and though the build quality is not amazing, it’s one very cool piece of kit that will be a welcome addition to any serious photographer or videographer’s kitbag.
